Returns & Refunds policy

Return policy
You may return or exchange items purchased from Sadvent within 21 days of purchase. After 21 days, you will no longer be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Notice

  • The 21 day period begins when the order is placed
  • Return shipping may take up to 7 days. To return items,  you must request & print a return label within 14 days of the shipment date (period begins on the day that the order is placed)
  • Items must arrive unused, in the shipped condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for return

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery

Inspections and refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of receipt and your refund status via e-mail. Returns may take up to 3 days to be processed.

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

Total processing time (inc. refund): 3-8 days.

What if we do not accept your return?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept all returns. If your items have not been accepted for refund, you may still list them for sale on the site.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, just follow the instructions:

  • First check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted;
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us hello@sadvent.com

Sale Items
Items in the Sale section of the site are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return shipping
To return your product, you should follow the instructions:

  • Generate a return label
  • Stick the label on the original package or use your own package;
  • Put the clothes inside the box or package
  • Leave the package at your local USPS office
  • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
